Our History
Integrate Construction Partners brings expertise and focus to the construction of our clients’ projects from small renovations to large new construction projects. Led by President Scott Zola, we have a proven team of construction professionals with decades of experience in multiple project types and industries. We have long-standing relationships with subcontractors and suppliers, and our team has been recognized for their innovative and creative approach to all aspects of construction delivery challenges.
In 2004, Integrate was founded by a St. Louis-based architecture firm and largely provided construction management services for the firm’s design-led projects. In 2015, our construction team worked with Allegro Senior Living to start construction on our first ground-up building–Allegro’s first community in St. Louis. In 2017, we worked with Tin Roof for our first out-of-state project in Charlotte, North Carolina. In 2020, we partnered with SSM Health for our first multisite rollout in Oklahoma. In 2022, our construction team officially spun off from its architectural roots and became Integrate Construction Partners, solidifying our commitment to collaborative partnerships that bring immeasurable value to each project.
