Challenge
iSee Store Innovations is a design and manufacturing company of innovative retail displays. They had a plan to grow larger than ever, so they worked with us to relocate to City Foundry STL. To expand their brand and corporate workforce, this space would need to attract new talent, provide flexibility for a growing staff count and support their global operations. It would also be a showroom for sampling, testing and displaying iSee’s unique products.
Solution
iSee’s new workspace was designed with employees and clients in mind. Informal gathering spaces and individual work zones reflect the company’s casual culture. A neutral, high-contrast color palette allows them to display sample products with clients’ branding. A dedicated workshop allows iSee’s product development team to work closely with the executive, sales, marketing and customer service teams. Additionally, iSee can show off their products in live displays, including a custom refrigerated case door panel and the glass tile backsplash in the café.
Individual workspaces are currently spaced for social distancing as employees prepare to return to the office. These flexible individual work zones expand to allow for future employee growth.
The new headquarters now complements iSee’s global brand, caters to their extensive client base and offers opportunities to test, display and market their new products. Allowing them to showcase their showcases, all inside a showcase we built.
Lawrence Group helped us create a state-of-the-art workplace that combined our needs and vision as an organization with elements from the larger City Foundry project to create an incredibly unique space. The entire process was fun and seamless – despite having to do much of the work during the COVID-19 pandemic. Their attention to detail helped deliver a space that our entire team is proud to call home.
