Our History

Founded in 2005 as the construction arm of a St. Louis architecture firm, Integrate Construction Partners initially provided construction management services for design-led projects. Over time, our team and capabilities grew to deliver on ground-up developments, multi-site rollouts, and out-of-state ventures, expanding our footprint in St. Louis commercial construction and Midwest commercial construction. 

2005

Founded

Lawrence Group Projects was established as one of three departments within Lawrence Group, focused on delivering turnkey real estate solutions for select clients across St. Louis.

2007

Modern Meets Historic

Provided CM as Agent services on the historic Marquette Building in downtown St. Louis— an early example of our ability to merge preservation with modern construction in complex urban environments.

2010-2011

Diversifying Markets

Completed Hotel Ignacio and the award-winning Sun Theatre renovation, showcasing our growing expertise in hospitality and entertainment.

2014

Shared Vision

New leadership across construction and development sparked a collaborative reimagining of project delivery—aligning Lawrence Group, New + Found, and ICP to unlock greater client value.

2015

Scaling with Senior Living

Broke ground on Allegro Senior Living, a milestone project that demonstrated our readiness to lead large-scale, purposebuilt developments.

2017

Expanding Our Reach

Collaborated with Tin Roof in Charlotte, North Carolina marking our first national expansion beyond local projects.

2020

First Integrated Multisite

In collaboration with New + Found, we partnered with SSM Health in Oklahoma, delivering three prototypical regional medical office buildings, demonstrating our ability to manage complex, simultaneous rollouts.

2022

New Name, Same Values

Became Integrate Construction Partners— reinforcing our collaborative approach and commitment to partnership. Recognized by AGC Missouri as a Keystone Award finalist for City Foundry STL Food Hall.

2025

National Recognition

Awarded the AGC of America Build America Award for our $56 million tenant improvement work at City Foundry STL.
